Fatma Dilek Kuzu Şahin

Fatma Dilek Kuzu Şahin has been providing legal consultancy services and practical, realistic advice on commercial disputes to a wide range of clients, from companies to associations and non-governmental organizations, in all matters related to contract law, labor law, intellectual and industrial property law, and enforcement and bankruptcy law since the first day she started her professional life.

Following her undergraduate education at Ankara University Faculty of Law, Kuzu Şahin began her legal internship under the Istanbul Bar Association and started her legal practice after completing the one-year internship period. After working in different law offices providing legal consultancy services to clients in Istanbul, she took her step into independent legal practice.

Kuzu Şahin has provided consultancy to companies in liquidation in the areas of labor law, commercial law, consumer law, intellectual and industrial property law, and enforcement and bankruptcy law. Additionally, she has coordinated the follow-up processes of litigation and enforcement files for the completion of the liquidation process.

Currently, she actively serves her clients operating in different sectors by preparing and arranging contracts, preparing confidentiality policies, providing quick and practical solutions in employment contract termination processes, and preparing written and visual texts to minimize problems they may experience under the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).
